Realme 9 Pro renderings reveal the phone’s look and specifications for the first time

Realme is now attracting a lot of attention. The business just introduced its flagship GT 2 Pro, which, based on the hardware, seems to be capable of living up to the anticipation. However, Realme is more recognised for its mid-range and affordable phones than its flagships, and it seems that the firm will continue to do so in 2022. Today, we’re looking at some renderings of the forthcoming Realme 9 Pro, which reveal a similar design for the company’s next budget offering.

The Realme 9 Pro will have a design similar to the previously announced GT 2 Pro, with a clean-looking back and a triple rear camera configuration, according to these renderings obtained by OnLeaks and shared by Smartprix (with the bump being the same colour as the back panel). This style was also adopted by OnePlus in its 2021 devices, and the Vivo V23 Pro has a similar layout, so it’s fair to say it’s becoming more prevalent among BBK smartphones.

On the front, there’s a prominent chin and a hole-punch selfie camera in the top-left corner of the display. Other than that, there’s little else worth mentioning – at least not in these Midnight Black renderings. Aurora Green and Sunrise Blue are two more colours that are likely to be available.

The phone is likely to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G processor, as well as up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage from Realme. It’ll feature a 64-megapixel back camera and a 16-megapixel front camera, as well as a 6.59-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 5,000-mAh battery. We don’t have a firm idea of when it will be unveiled, but considering how much we’ve already heard and how last year’s Realme 8 Pro was launched in March, it shouldn’t be long.
