Microsoft wants to use AI to unlock the potential of HPC

By working with its companions, Microsoft has created the Azure HPC & AI Collaboration Centers program which funds collaborations with well-known establishments in an effort to develop and share greatest practices with each the HPC and AI communities.

The software program large is delivering this program in partnership with AMD, Intel and Nvidia and thus far 5 Azure Collaboration Facilities are in improvement with Duke College, Purdue College, Crimson Oak Consulting, Numerical Algorithms Group (NAG) and RedLine Efficiency.
