Georgia Man Accused of Using Covid Loan to Buy $57,000 Pokémon Card

Vinath Oudomsine, a resident of Dublin, Georgia, is accused of lying on an application for a pandemic economic relief loan about the number of people his firm employed and company revenue.

The case is set to be tried in Savannah, Georgia. The judge determined that the lawsuit should proceed after both sides agreed to withdraw their motions for summary judgment.
